Mit Wing Tsung stark werden für Ausbildung und Beruf
Die HIT-Personal engagiert sich gemeinsam mit den Münchner Wing Tsung Kung Fu-Schulen für Jugendliche. Die Kampfkunst-Ausbildung vermittelt viele Werte, die auch für den Beruf wichtig sind.
„Ich bin glücklich und dankbar, dass mich HIT bei der Ausbildung zum Wing Tsung-Trainer unterstützt hat. Ansonsten hätte ich es nicht so schnell zum Ausbilder geschafft!“ berichtet Sebastian Silva stolz.
Der 18-jährige Münchner hatte vor vier Jahren das Förderprogramm des Personaldienstleisters in der Wing Tsung Akademie München-Schwabing erfolgreich absolviert und trainiert dort die Kinder- und Jugendgruppe.
Ins Leben gerufen wurde das sportliche Ausbildungsprogramm für Jugendliche von Hans-Joachim Meyer, Geschäftsführer der HIT Personaldienstleistungen GmbH, und Hans-Jörg Reimers, Inhaber der Wing Tsung Kung Fu-Schulen.
HIT-Förderprogramm stärkt persönliche und soziale Kompetenzen
Unter dem Motto ‚Mit Selbstdisziplin und Willensstärke fit für die Zu-kunft!‘ bildet Großmeister Dai-Sifu Reimers seit 2008 die Kampfsport-Begeisterten zum Trainer der Chinesischen Kampfkunst aus. „Unser Förderprogramm
verlangt den jugendlichen Teilnehmern große Willensstärke und viel Durchhaltevermögen ab – alles Eigenschaften, die ihnen später in Ausbildung und Beruf zugute kommen!“ erläutert Hans-Joachim Meyer sein
gesellschaftliches Engagement. Darüber hinaus vermittle Wing Tsung den junge Menschen soziale und persönliche Kompetenzen, die den jungen Leuten bei ihrer Bewerbung für einen Ausbildungsplatz hilfreich seien.
Bis zu 4 Mal die Woche finden die Trainings statt. Neben praktischen Wing Tsung-Techniken erfahren die Schüler alles Wissenswerte rund um die Geschichte und Philosophie dieser effektiven Kampftechnik sowie um
Pädagogik und Anatomie.
Förderprogramm wird in diesem Jahr fortgesetzt
Mehr als 24 Schüler haben die Ausbildung mittlerweile erfolgreich absolviert und wurden von den Personalexperten bei der Entwicklung ihrer Trainer-Karriere individuell gefördert. Auch in diesem Jahr setzt HIT
das Förderprogramm fort. Erstmalig wird Großmeister Dai-Sifu Reimers Seite an Seite mit seinem ehemaligen Schützling Sebastian Silva trainieren. Und der freut sich „riesig darauf, die Jugendlichen auf ihrem
künftigen Weg zu begleiten!“
